Andrew has been with Harber Real Estate since 1999. A qualified Accountant, he was initially employed as the Finance and Administration Manager, however he quickly developed a passion for selling Real Estate and has been selling since 2002.
Andrew sells primarily in Carramar, Tapping and the surrounding areas. During his sales career, however, he has sold properties from Mandurah to Yanchep as a result of previous clients engaging his services once again.
As a long term resident of Carramar (since 1995) Andrew has a passion for his local area, with friends and family following suit.
Over the years, Andrew's list of clientele has grown steadily, hence the need to expand his sales force.
Having been in the Army Reserve for 12 years, he recognised the need for a well trained and smooth running sales team. "Team Thompson" now includes 2 business partners in Liselle Thompson and Ian Woolley, both of whom also reside in Carramar. Although both are highly capable salespeople in their own right, Liselle’s main role is in marketing and Ian’s role is that of a buyers’ agent. This ensures the behind the scenes work is carried out to its maximum potential, thereby allowing Andrew the time to do what he does best....negotiate offers and sell property!
The team’s success over the years has increased to the point that in 2008/09, 2009/10 and 2010/11 they were awarded 2nd in sales for Harber Real Estate, 3rd in 2011/12 and 2nd in 2012/2013. (W.A.'s Top Selling Office for the majority of the past 15 years)
This places "Team Thompson" in the TOP 1% OF REAL ESTATE AGENTS IN W.A.
Most months you will find "Team Thompson" in the Top 30 sales teams in W.A....a result that Harber Real Estate, his team and his clientele are most proud of.
In February 2014, the team clocked up its 423rd sale within the area (263 in Carramar and 160 in Tapping), further proof that "Team Thompson" knows the area, provides 1st class service to its residents and, above all, delivers outstanding results.
Who better to trust with the sale of your greatest asset than "Team Thompson".
